PATTY SHAPER (OPTIONAL)

in each model has the possibility to make burgers (4 diameters) from 110 to 180 gr. with a
fix thickness of 17 mm.

DISPLAY CASE (OPTIONAL)

Optional is the refrigeration into the display case (fan fitted version) with patty shaper.
These models are especially suited for working with patty shaper and offer high hygiene safety as the bacterial flora on the cutting set plate is reduced to a minimum.

REFRIGERATED MEAT MINCERS

Strong with its experience, AMB now launches its new series of refrigerated, premium quality and even more improved and reliable meat mincers. Available in a range of models guaranteed to suit all customer processing requirements.
Are made with materials following CE laws, solids, easy to clean and the maintenance.
Mincing group by melting stainless steel, for a perfect cut of the meat used.
Refrigerated parts include hopper, feed tube and cutting set.
Electronic thermostat for temperature control, optimum working temperature 0°C/+2°C set up from the constructor.
Blocking of the mincing group is lateral. Removing cover in plexiglass. Unger and partial Unger cutting sets available on request.
