The interleaver facilitates automatic insertion of leaves or foils between the discharged sliced product.
Furthermore, trays can be inserted as backings.
The unit has automatic stacking correction for the stacking function. An integrated control terminal facilitates individual customisation to the slicing machine program. With the separation appliance, it is possible to insert up to two foils, leaves or trays simultaneously. Possible placement programs are stacking and fanning.
